Subscription to Chronic Diseases video lectures

This is a series of streaming video lectures on the Chronic Diseases, based on, but expanding, the presentation I gave at the May 2010 international LIGA Congress in Los Angeles.
These will be published in installments, over August and September 2010; I anticipate a total of 90-120 minutes of video.
